One Pan Garlic Parmesan Chicken and Potatoes

A delightful one-pan recipe featuring tender chicken and crispy potatoes, seasoned with garlic and Parmesan for incredible flavors.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
  • 1.5 pounds baby Yukon Gold or red potatoes
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and olive oil.
  3. Add the chicken to the bowl and coat it thoroughly with the seasoning mix.
  4. Halve the baby potatoes and toss them with olive oil, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Spread the seasoned chicken on one side of a large baking sheet and arrange the potatoes on the other side.
  6. Bake for about 30 minutes until the chicken reaches 165°F (75°C) and the potatoes are golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve warm.

Notes

Use baby Yukon Gold potatoes for a buttery texture. Adjust garlic for a milder flavor.
