A quick and easy recipe for Garlic Rosemary Chicken, perfect for busy weeknights. Juicy chicken breasts are flavored with garlic and rosemary, paired with fresh vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Vegetables of your choice (recommended: broccoli, green beans, or carrots)

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
  2. Season the chicken breasts on both sides with salt, pepper, minced garlic, and chopped rosemary.
  3. Cook the seasoned chicken in the skillet for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  4. Remove the skillet from heat, transfer the chicken to a plate, and let it rest for a few minutes.
  5. Slice the chicken and serve with your choice of vegetables.

Notes

Don’t overcrowd the pan; if cooking multiple chicken breasts, do it in batches. Let the chicken rest after cooking to maintain juiciness. Use fresh herbs for the best flavor.
