A fresh and vibrant salsa that enhances any meal, perfect for gatherings or family dinners.

Ingredients

  • 4 medium fresh tomatoes, diced
  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 clove garlic, minced (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients: Gather all your ingredients and chop the tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, and jalapeño. Place them in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Mix the base: Squeeze the lime juice over the chopped ingredients.
  3. Add seasoning: Sprinkle salt over the mixture. If you’re using garlic, add that now as well.
  4. Combine thoroughly: Mix your ingredients gently with a spoon until everything is well combined.
  5. Chill and serve: Let the salsa chill in the fridge for at least 15 minutes before serving.

Notes

Adjust the heat level by modifying the jalapeño quantity. For a smoother consistency, blend ingredients.
