Ingredients
1.5 pounds Chicken Tenders
1 cup All-Purpose Flour
2 large Eggs, beaten
2 cups Panko Bread Crumbs
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Onion Powder
1 teaspoon Paprika
Salt and Pepper to taste
Oil for frying
Instructions
Prepare the coating by mixing flour with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in one bowl. In a second bowl, beat the eggs, and in a third bowl, place the bread crumbs.
Coat each chicken tender first in the flour mixture, then the beaten eggs, and finally in the bread crumbs, pressing to adhere.
Heat about 1/4 inch of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Fry the chicken tenders for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
Drain on paper towels and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For extra crunch, use Panko bread crumbs. Maintain oil temperature for optimal frying results.
