Delightful truffles that transform the comforting flavors of pumpkin bread into bite-sized treats with a creamy center and vibrant candy coating.

Ingredients

  • About 2 cups Pumpkin Bread, crumbled
  • About 1 cup Cream Cheese Frosting
  • Candy Coating (orange and green)

Instructions

  1. Crumble the pumpkin bread into fine pieces in a large bowl.
  2. Add the cream cheese frosting to the crumbled pumpkin bread and mix until combined.
  3. Form small balls of the mixture, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Chill the truffles in the refrigerator for at least 15-30 minutes until firm.
  5. Melt the candy coating in separate bowls according to package instructions.
  6. Dip each truffle into the melted candy coating and let excess drip off.
  7. Set the coated truffles at room temperature or in the fridge until the coating is firm.

Notes

To ensure smooth coating, keep the candy melts warm while dipping and refrigerate longer if the truffles are too soft.
