Ingredients
4 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
1 box stuffing mix (your preferred flavor)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup chicken broth
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker, ensuring they are in a single layer for even cooking.
In a separate bowl, combine the stuffing mix, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well blended.
Pour the mixture over the chicken in the slow cooker, making sure the chicken is evenly coated.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours. The chicken should be fully cooked and tender when done.
Once finished, shred the chicken with two forks and mix it with the stuffing before serving warm.
Notes
For added flavor, consider using fresh herbs or adding vegetables like carrots and celery.
