Ingredients
2 cups whole milk
1 cup white chocolate chips
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Red food coloring
Whipped cream
Chocolate syrup (optional)
Instructions
Heat the milk: In a saucepan over medium heat, pour in the whole milk. Warm it gently until it steams, but do not boil. Stir occasionally to prevent burning.
Melt the white chocolate: Add white chocolate chips to the steamed milk. Allow them to sit for a minute before stirring to help them melt. Stir until fully melted and smooth.
Flavor it up: Mix in the vanilla extract after the white chocolate is melted. This adds depth to the flavor profile.
Add color: Carefully add a few drops of red food coloring into the hot chocolate. Stir well until you achieve your desired shade of red.
Serve: Pour the Vampire Blood White Hot Chocolate into mugs. Top with whipped cream and drizzle with chocolate syrup, if desired.
