A playful no-bake dessert with creamy layers and crunchy chocolate, perfect for impressing kids and adults alike.

Ingredients

  • 14 oz package of Oreos
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3½ cups cold whole milk
  • 2 (3.4 oz) boxes of French vanilla pudding
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream (or Cool Whip)
  • ¾ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 lb fresh strawberries, sliced
  • ¼ to ½ cup fresh raspberries
  • Pretzel sticks (to resemble sticks)
  • Mini marshmallows (to resemble rocks)
  • 4-6 oz white chocolate
  • 2 tsp coconut oil (for melting)
  • Crushed pistachios (for “moss”)

Instructions

  1. Make the pudding: In a large bowl, whisk together the cold milk and instant pudding mix. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until it thickens.
  2. Crush the Oreos: Place the regular Oreos in a food processor and pulse until they are crushed into coarse crumbs. Alternatively, crush them in a ziplock bag using a rolling pin.
  3. Whip the cream: In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Fold in the vanilla extract gently.
  4. Mix the cream cheese: In a clean bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until creamy. Gradually add powdered sugar and beat until smooth. Mix in the thickened pudding until well blended.
  5. Fold in the whipped cream: Carefully fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese and pudding mixture using a rubber spatula.
  6. Assemble the layers: Choose a serving dish and add a layer of crushed Oreos to the bottom, then a layer of the cream mixture. Repeat this process, finishing with a layer of crushed Oreos.
  7. Add the toppings: Decorate the top with sliced strawberries, raspberries, crushed pistachios, pretzel sticks, mini marshmallows, and melted white chocolate drizzled over the top.

Notes

For best results, chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
